Rob's entrepreneurial spirit was evident at a young age.  Even before grade school had begun, Rob’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident. Moving from Poland to Canada in 1977, Rob spent a few years in Quebec, before settling in Fort McMurray.

Throughout his school years, Rob worked many jobs.  While his peers spent time on the ball field or at home, Rob worked. Already, he had realized the value of hard work, perseverance and a job well done - a simple appreciation that he carries with him today.

After graduation, Rob completed an apprenticeship at Syncrude as a millwright and power engineer.  He gained full-time employment with the company immediately and remained a dedicated employee for over 11 years.  During this time, he saved to purchase his first few investment properties in Fort McMurray.  Never satisfied to wear only one hat, he was also actively involved in many employee groups, to help better the work environment and efficiency of his workplace.  All the while, Rob kept a steady hand in the real estate market, knowing that financial stability lay in real estate.

In 2002 that conviction led Rob to obtain his real estate license and within months, he was to become one of the country's fasted rising producers.  By 2003, he had ranked #5 in Canada for Century 21, facilitating over 110 transactions that year alone.  He attributed this success to his fundamental belief in the long term stability of Fort McMurray real estate.
